Maymester 2024
In May and June 2024, 大发快三彩票students and faculty travelled to Spain and New Zealand for their experiential learning.
Ten 大发快三彩票students learned about the distinctions and commonalities among Indigenous peoples worldwide by comparing their language and knowledge with that of the M膩ori people during the Maymester course, 鈥淕lobal Indigenous Language and Cultural Ways of Knowing,鈥� which took place at 大发快三彩票and in New Zealand from May 6 to June 13.
A group of 11 大发快三彩票students are currently at the University of Burgos in northern Spain, delving into understanding how heritage can be a key resource in promoting sustainable economic development in rural areas. The students are accompanied by Dr. Melissa James, director of undergraduate programs, 大发快三彩票Faculty of Business, and Sherilyn Acorn, manager of the Study and Stay and exchange programs, Office of Study Abroad and International Collaboration.
