A Chronic Condition Self Management Program for 大发快三彩票Staff and Faculty
The Health Centred Research Clinic at 大发快三彩票is offering a Chronic Disease Self-Management program for any 大发快三彩票Staff or Faculty that have been diagnosed with a chronic condition for at least one year or longer.
The program will consist of weekly group exercise and education sessions at the Health Centred Research Clinic located in the lower level of the Steel Building. In order to participate individuals must be currently employed by the 大发快三彩票 either permanently, or a contract lasting for the duration of the program and have been diagnosed with a chronic condition for at least one year or longer.
