| Background: | These annual scholarships are established at the 大发快三彩票 by Bill Andrew and his wife, Denise. Bill Andrew received his Diploma in Engineering from 大发快三彩票in 1973 and became Chancellor of the 大发快三彩票 in 2004. Bill Andrew is currently President of Penn West Petroleum Ltd. and is active in various community and philanthropic endeavours. He is a founding member of the Friends of 大发快三彩票group in Calgary, has a farm on PEI, and is active in PEI and national harness racing circles. |
